In this 28 day UN-challenge, top yoga teachers and wellbeing experts will use ancient and modern techniques to help you reduce stress and tension from the body and mind, sleep better, create healthy boundaries, invigorate your nervous system, release old patterns, and open your body safely, empowering your true self to emerge.

This course has been designed to help us take a step back. It’s common to get a bit stressed about getting fit or feel we have to smash ourselves to bits doing challenges or hardcore fitness regimes.This course will challenge us in a different way.We will take a breath and a kinder approach. We will open ourselves up to changes within, learn tools and practices to shed old layers, invigorate and detox the mind, and move forward feeling happier and more connected to our true selves, within and without.You will still be exercising, but you will also be learning new ways to move, to take care of yourself, to manage your internal life. Mental relaxation, emotional freedom and physical empowerment.

The Hardcore Relaxation UNchallenge is designed to be an easy and pleasurable experience for body and mind, with no massive commitment to overwhelm already stressed out nervous systems.Instead, there is only a 10-30 minute practice to try each day to open and invigorate the body, or a short talk to improve self-understanding and awareness.

Be guided by one of our experts in a yoga or somatic practice or talk to ease your body and mind.

Drink a large mug of warm water (option to add a pinch of pink/grey salt and/or juice of half a fresh lemon juice) before your morning tea or coffee.

Come off your device for the first and last hour of every day. Allowing your mind and feelings some space to “be.”
We have recruited some of the UKs top experts in somatic exercises, breathwork, sleep science, self hypnosis, anxiety, stress relief - and of course in yoga!They have designed talks, tools, tips and yoga classes to help us de-stress, calm the nervous system, and open up the energetic channels of the body. The aim of this course is to allow the body to conduct the life force in a more powerful way, to provide tools and holistic practices to manage and reduce stress and anxiety, improve our sleep, clear our minds and to allow our true selves to shine.
